We love weddings. It is a very special day and we enjoy capturing and preserving the special moments for you. Weddings can be photographed in a few different styles. The traditional is where the Bride and Groom do not see each other till the Bride enters the aisle. The images of the Bride and of the Groom are created separately prior to the ceremony. Bride and Groom and family images are created immediately after the ceremony. Then to the reception. Another style is to shoot all but the family images the morning of the wedding. This gives everybody (including the photographer) plenty of time to ensure everything is perfect. This also allows the group to travel to a park or the beach for location images. The only images created immediately after the ceremony are the families. The advantages are fantastic (relaxed) images and a very short delay to reception. The latest style is to photograph the wedding completely (except families) in a photojournalistic style. Nearly all the images are in black and white. This style truly tells a unique story of your day. The photographer documents getting ready, happy moments, little frustrations and all the emotions throughout the day. This is definitely the most fun for the bride and groom. The only time they pose is during the family images. If you are looking for a unique album, this is the way to go. We can also mix the styles. Most of our photojournalistic images are created in a Digital format.
